Launched in September of 2018, the Human Tumor Atlas Network (HTAN) is a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-funded initiative through which a collaborative network of research centers and a central Data Coordinating Center are constructing and disseminating to the scientific community 3-dimensional atlases of the dynamic cellular, morphological, and molecular features of human cancers over time as well as the protocols and tools used to generate those atlases. - cancer, human cancer, genomics, proteomics, imaging, single-cell analysis, spatial analysis, data integration
