Abstract
A short protocol about how to upload data to Galaxy Trakr accounts using FileZilla. This method optimize the retrieval of data for use on the Galaxy Trakr platform.

You need to have the FileZilla client already downloaded and installed in your computer. You can download it here: https://filezilla-project.org/


Guidelines
It can only be used if your organization allows the use of the FileZilla client.
Troubleshooting
Creating a link to your Galaxy Trakr account
Click on File and select site manager.




Click on New site and name it as you desire.






In protocol from the dropdown menu select SFTP - SHH... Then in Host: upload.galaxytrakr.org
Select the type of login. If you select normal, add your user name and your password, and you will not have to enter it again when you want to connect to it.
Click connect and you will be shown on the far right the window with your Galaxy Trakr data available via FTP.





Now you are ready to transfer any data from your computer or any other drive to your Galaxy Trakr account. Just drag the selected files on the lower left window left.

Check that the files are available at your Genome Trakr account by clicking upload and FTP in your Galaxy Trakr account.








The files are in your account and can be fetched to the Galaxy Trakr website and start performing your analyzes.
