Abstract
This recepe is used in the following protocols:

- Separation and purification of human PBMC from FRESH BLOOD
- Separation and purification of human PBMC from BUFFY COAT
- Magnetic bead-based CD4+ T cell isolation from PBMCs with Dynabeads: CD4 Positive Isolation Kit
- Magnetic bead-based TREG-TEFF cell isolation from PBMC with Miltenyi CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T cell Isolation Kit
- Separation of Human Neutrophils (PMN) from Buffy Coat
- Separation of Human Neutrophils (PMN) from Whole Blood


Türk solution composition (v/v):

- Gentian Violet 0.02%
- Acetic Acid 3% prepared in H2O.

Storage:4°C in the dark covered with aluminum foil (photosensitive)






Trypan Blue solution 0.4%

Prepare a dilution at 0.2%(v/v): 0.4 mL of Trypan stock solution + 0.6 mL PBS or NaCl (final volume 1mL).

Storage:4°C in the dark (Prepare fresh every 2 weeks)
