Abstract
This recepe is used in the following protocols:

Trypan Blue solution 0.4%
Prepare a dilution at 0.2%(v/v): 0.4 mL of Trypan stock solution + 0.6 mL PBS or NaCl (final volume 1mL).
Storage: 4°C in the dark (Prepare fresh every 2 weeks)
