RPMI/FBS 1% (v/v): prepare with sterile RPMI and FBS (Fetal Bovine Serum). Both can be found in refrigerator 2 - (Room PSO3).
Prepare 50 ml of RPMI/FBS by adding 500 µL of FBS to 49.5 mL of RPMI,.
Work under a laminar flow hood (Room PSO3).
