Sterile PBS/FBS 2% (v/v)
Prepare with sterile PBS and FBS (Fetal Bovine Serum). Both can be found in Fridge 2 - (Room PSO3).
Prepare 50 ml of PBS/FBS 2% by adding 1 ml of FBS to 49 ml of RPMI, work under the laminar flow hood (Room PSO3).
Storage: 4 °C Fridge 2 - (Room PSO3).
