Sterile RPMI/FBS 10% (v/v)
Prepare with sterile RPMI and FBS (Fetal Bovine Serum). Both can be found in Fridge 2 - (Room PSO3).
Prepare 50 ml of RPMI/FBS by adding 5 ml of FBS to 45 ml of RPMI, work under a laminar flow hood (Room PSO3).
Storage: 4 °C Fridge 2 - (Room PSO3).
