This is a collection of protocol for the preparation of standard media used in the Samuel Lab
Materials
1 M CaCl2 (Filter Sterilize)
5 mg/mL Cholesterol in 200 Proof Ethanol (Store at 4°C)
*500 mM EDTA, pH 8.0
5 M KOH
1 M MgSO­­4 (Autoclave)
5 M NaOH
*1 M Potassium Citrate Buffer, pH 6.0
*1 M Potassium Phosphate Buffer, pH 6.0
*Trace Metals Solution
