The sampleholder contains 9 wells that are preloaded with an RT-qPCR Mastermix as follows:
Wells 1 to 3 contain probes and primers for the N1 target, wells 2 to 6 contain probes and primers for the N2 target, wells 7 to 9 contain probes and primers for the Human RP target. Wells 7,8,9 contain the respective positive control plasmid
The mastermix preloaded contains the following: 2.5 µL Geneon RT-PCR Mastermix (2x) ,r 500 micromolar (µM) of each Primer , 125 micromolar (µM) TaqMan Probe , 0.05 µg/µL BSA ,1 millimolar (mM) MgSO4 filled up to 5 µL with RNAse free water per well
The sample holders with the mix are lyophilized with the following procedure: Freezing in -80 °C for 02:00:00 , transfer into precooled lyophilizer at -55 °C for 03:00:00 at least followed by transfer into a dissicator for heating up under vacuum.
Sample holders are vacuum packaged for further use.
