Abstract
This protocol details the clearance of αS PFF assay.
αS PFF Clearance Assay Protocol

Prepare S PFF working solution as above (for 4 µL final concentration).

Treat for 02:00:00 .

Wash cells with PBS followed by trypsin (000.5%) for 00:01:00 to remove excess PFF bound on the extracellular surface.

Incubate with fresh media in presence or absence of other drugs/inhibitor treatment for desired duration prior to lysate collection.
