Abstract
This protocol details the clearance of αS PFF assay.
Troubleshooting

Prepare S PFF working solution as above (for Amount4 µL final concentration).

Treat for Duration02:00:00 .

Wash cells with PBS followed by trypsin (000.5%) for Duration00:01:00 to remove excess PFF bound on the extracellular surface.

Incubate with fresh media in presence or absence of other drugs/inhibitor treatment for desired duration prior to lysate collection.
