Before start
Start your lab on Wednesday November 4th with Protocol 1: Making Agar Plates. You ought to pour your plates on that Wednesday and streak your pate later that day or the following morning. You should then perform Protocol 2: CRISPR Transformation once you see bacterial growth on your plate. After the transformation is complete, perform Protocol 3: Antibiotic Resistance.
