Abstract
Protocolo Bradford
En un tubo de ensayo se agregan 5 mL de reactivo Bradford y 0.1 mL de H2O. Esto corresponde al blanco.

En un tubo de ensayo se agregan 5 mL de reactivo Bradford y 0.1 mL de extracto a la concentración elegida.

Se agita y se deja reposar durante 30 minutos - 1 hora.

Se mide la espectrofotometría a 595 nm por triplicado en cubetas de 1,5 mL.
