将溶液转入纯化柱（黄/紫），11000×g，30s
弃去滤液，加入700µl NT3，11000×g，30s
重复上一步
弃去滤液，空离，11000×g，2min
纯化柱转移至新EP管，加入10～30µl Nuclease free water，室温下静置5～10minDuration00:05:00

11000×g，离心1min
测浓度（写“PCR回收产物”，浓度及日期），-30°C保存
