Ingredients Quantity
NaCl 3g
bacto peptone 2.5g
Agar 17g
Double distilled H2O972ml
Measure 972ml  double distilled H2O and put in a 1L duran bottle with a magnetic flea
Add 3g NaCl, 2.5g bacto peptone and stir.
Stir until all solutes are dissolved then add the agar.
Leave magnetic flea in bottle.
Label, date and autoclave
