Abstract
This is a collection of methods and resource-efficient step-by-step guide for analysis of positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) brain scans in resource-constrained settings. This collection was developed by the 2025 CONNExIN (COmprehensive Neuroimaging aNalysis Experience In resource-constraiNed settings) Program, a brain image analysis training initiative for African researchers, organized by the CAMERA (Consortium for Advancement of MRI Education and Research in Africa) network.
