The substances are in the closet 1 (Room TSO8), weigh the substances with Gibertini balance (Room TSO8).
Add ultrapure water to 900 ml, adjust to 7.4 using NaOH or HCl, bring to a total volume of 1 liter with ultrapure water.
Storage: 4 °C Fridge 1 - (Room TSO8).
Sterile PBS 1X :
Sterilized PBS at 121°C for 15 min with autoclave (Room TSO5).
Storage: 4 °C Fridge 2 - (Room PSO3).
