Abstract
Open Ethics Compliance Database (OECDb)¹ is an open source archive of the online most respected organizations, policy charters, compliances, researches, heritages, opportunities, and tools concerning the implementation of open projects. The purpose of this invention disclosure is to allow for its priceless open knowledge commons to be researched, safeguarded, and promoted as the open heritage of humanity it is.

Open Ethics International Compliance (OEC)² is the open science methodology I used to develop OEIDb through years of collaborative researches with the most respected institutions along communities worldwide. It was catalogued for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and made public with the Quaker United Nations Office (QUNO) delegation in the Common Good Organization (CoGO) Congress during the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) eWeek World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS).
