Abstract
Secondary analysis of two combined datasets. Each assesses incident opioid misuse within the first 30 days following major surgery. Goals are to assess opioid misuse incidence, determine any associations between postoperative opioid consumption and incident misuse, and to characterize which specific opioid misuse indicators are seen in patients with incident misuse.
