Abstract
Multiplomacy is an international law open justice rule of law (RoL) decorum compassionate listening nonviolent communication conflict resolution methodology for the secure operational development (DevSecOps) of open diplomacy between multiple, individual and institutional, stakeholders through peace chaplaincy open politics.
