Prep for MTT preparation for viability assays
Safety warnings
The important thing is that the final concentration of the MTT solution 5 mg/mL

Add the 1000 mg MTT powder to 200 mL of PBS

Sonicate the solution until dissolved
Filter with 0.22 nm filter

Aliquote and freeze
