desiccated ox bile (Oxoid) 8 g

glucose 10 g

glycerol monostearate 0.5 g

agar 15 g

glycerol, 50% 20 mL

tween 60 5 mL

olive oil 20 mL

dH2O 955 mL

Sterilize by autoclaving.
