Abstract
Mitophagy induction in HeLa cells using Oligomycin/Antimycin A.
Day 1
Seed cells, aiming for a confluency of 80-90% at the time of treatment the next day.
Day 2

Feed cells for 01:00:00 in an appropriate volume of standard growth media.

To start the treatment, replace the media in each well with standard growth media that contains 10 micromolar (µM) Oligomycin, 4 micromolar (µM) Antimycin A, and 10 micromolar (µM) QVD.
Harvest the samples after the desired treatment times.
