Abstract
This protocol details a treatment paradigm using mitoguazone in vivo
Materials
EDTA coated tubes for blood collection.
Syringes for weekly drug administration.
Scale (precision 0.1 g) to weight the pups.

Before start
Working solution should be diluted 1:10 (=0.5 mg/ml)
Protocol
Mice are injected with 2 mg/kg Mitoguazone,Sanbio BVCatalog #HY-106634/CS-0026193 via subcutaneous injections at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 weeks of age.

From 1 week of age, body weight of mice is monitored twice a week until 4 weeks of age, and once a week thereafter.
Drinking water bottles are weighed weekly.
At 2, 6 and 10 weeks of age, mouse blood is collected via the submandibular vein in
