Abstract
We aim to select 12 mice (C57BL/6J), 6 male and 6 female at 6 and 24 months of age, 3 mice in each age and sex group. This number is for each analysis (scRNA-seq, snRNA-seq, bulkRNA-seq, and visium) for a total of 48 animals.
