Abstract
Supplementing sucrose in media to induce enlarged lysosomes/sucrosomes
Troubleshooting
Day 1
Plate 5.0 x 105 RAW 264.7 cells per well in a 6-well dish.
Day 2
16h
Remove media and wash with 1x PBS
Incubate cells with Amount2 mL of DMEM media supplemented with Concentration50 millimolar (mM) sucrose for Duration16:00:00 at Temperature37 °C .
