Guidelines
All incubation steps in humidifier tray (slide box with PBS soaked paper towels)
All wash steps in coplin jars (no agitation)
30-60 min Protein Block
5% Normal Horse (or Donkey) Serum in PBS + 0.3% Triton-X
Overnight (~18-22hrs) Primaries at 4C in PBS + 0.3% Triton-X
Wash 2x5 min w/ PBS
2hr Secondaries at room temp in PBS + 0.3% Triton-X
Wash 2x5 min w/ PBS
