Preparing the frozen primer

Get the dried primer
Record the nmol of the primer from the documentation

Place dried primer into vile/tube if it is not already in it
Place vile/tube with dried primer into the centrifuge
Balance the centrifuge
3000 rpm, 4°C, 00:15:00

Stop the centrifuge and carefully take out the vile/tube without mixing up the primer
Making Stock Solution
For each nmol of primer, add 10 µL of water to make the stock solution

Creating Working Solution
Take 10 µL of stock concentration and mix it with 90 µL of buffer

Clean Up
Store away the Stock Solution for later use
