HBSS/HEPES x ROS composition (g/l):

NaCl: 4.2300 g

KCl: 0.1864 g

MgSO4: 0.1232 g

CaCl2: 0.735 g

Glucose: 0.900 g

Hepes: 1.300 g

To prepare 0.5 L of HBSS/HEPES, dissolve the reagents listed above in 450 mL of ultrapure H2O.

Adjust the pH to 7.4 with HCl or NaOH, and then add H2O to 0.5 L.

Storage: 4°C Fridge 1- (Room TSO8)
