Abstract
This protocol describes fragment analyzer operation for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products. The Fragment Analyzer by Advanced Analytical is used as a quality control step for genotyping PCR products. Peak size, shape, and sample concentration are recorded and used to evaluate samples on a pass/fail level.
