Abstract
Protocol for a Double Digestion with EcoRI & PstI
Add the following material in a Eppendorf tube of 0.2 µL

Add2 µL of 10X Buffer (Anza)

1 µL of EcoRI (Anza)

1 µL of PstI (Anza)

Add the necessary uL of DNA for a concentration of25 ng /mL

Fill with H2Oultra pure up to 20 µL

Incubate for10:00:00 at 37°C in a thermocycler
