Protocol for a Double Digestion with EcoRI & PstI
Troubleshooting
Add the following material in a Eppendorf tube of Amount0.2 µL

AddAmount2 µL of 10X Buffer (Anza)

Amount1 µL of EcoRI (Anza)

Amount1 µL of PstI (Anza)

Add the necessary uL of DNA for a concentration ofAmount25 ng /mL

Fill with H2Oultra pure up to Amount20 µL

Incubate forDuration10:00:00 at 37°C in a thermocycler
