Before start
This solution MUST be prepared in a sterile and starch-free environment.
Add 300 mL distilled (or deionized) dH2O to a 1000 mL beaker, with stirring and heat 60 °C
Add:

- 1.55 g Calcium Chloride
- 1.44 g Sodium Phosphate monobasic
- 0.72 g Sodium FluorophosphateMerck MilliporeSigma (Sigma-Aldrich)Catalog #344443
- 0.08 g Magnesium ChlorideFisher ScientificCatalog #AC223210010
