Abstract
A collection of protocols included in the study assessing the role of co-pathologies on neuroinflammation and neuropathology in vivo. This collection includes optimized methods for immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), flow cytometry, behavior techniques and quantification methods (stereology for example) developed by members of the Harms Lab and collaborators.
