A rapid covid screening taking 30sec- 1 min once placed in DOCI machine. Also does not require any biological sample manipulation.
Guidelines
Standard PPE is required when handling unknow biological sample
3500 rpm, 22°C, 00:05:00 , NP sample 3mL
50 µL Aliquot 50ul of supernatant 1 well per sample into 96 well glass bottom plate
Need pipet tips and 20-200ul pipet, 96well glass bottom plate Fishersci 07-000-633
Stick 96 well plate into machine for viral detection. 30 sec-1 min per run
