Abstract
Blood pressure measurement in mice
Measure blood pressure using the tail-cuff method (LE-5002 Non-Invasive Blood Pressure Meter, Panlab).
Assess the systolic and diastolic blood pressure (in mmHg) in two independent sessions for each mouse.
Calculate the mean from the valid values of 10 measurements in each session.
