100ml EB buffer (10mM Tris-HCl) pH=8
Prepare 80 mL UltraPure Distilled Water Invitrogen - Thermo FisherCatalog #10977-015 in a suitable container.
Add 0.12114 g of Tris BaseFisher ScientificCatalog #BP152-1 to the solution.
Adjust solution to desired (pH 8.0) using HCl (typically pH ≈ 7.0).
Add UltraPure Distilled Water Invitrogen - Thermo FisherCatalog #10977-015 until the volume reaches to 100ml.
